We were thrilled to find that we could easily walk to the beautiful Centro Historico and enjoy the views at Praia Trancoso, making our weekend exploration both enjoyable and nice.

The kids loved the cable programming available. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area. Staying with a few colleagues, as we could share the fun together.

In my wife's opinion, the playground area could be more engaging for younger kids.

The stay included a spacious Double or Twin Room with an excellent location and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a good cold buffet, very enjoyable. Service at the dining area could be improved, and there were occasional noise issues from outside that disrupted our peace during the night.

We spent 2 nights here and loved it. The room was super spacious, and the staff was really friendly and helped us find great local spots. Breakfast was pretty nice, too, with tasty options to start the day. Only downside was the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times.

Fresh fruit, pastries, and warm dishes offered a great start to the day. The staff made a difference too. They were always ready to help, providing local tips and answering questions with a smile. The key system created confusion. I didn't realize leaving the key at reception meant no housekeeping for the day. I expected pool towels but had to use bathroom towels instead, which I found inconvenient since I needed those for my shower later. No shampoo or conditioner available, just soap, so bringing my own was necessary. These were little hiccups in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Spacious room, helpful staff, contributed to a great stay with a relaxing outdoor swimming pool and a tasty breakfast spread that fueled our exploration of the city.

Spending Christmas in this hotel gave me a good reason to celebrate. the pool area was beautiful, surrounded by lush plants, which gave us a tropical vibe. the second highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which had enough variety for all tastes. Lastly, the hotel's location allowed us to explore nearby attractions with ease and was close to plenty of dining options.

I was not impressed with the condition of the bathroom. the fixtures were old and did not work properly.
